Hi, I’m Reuben.
I’ve been working in London’s residential property market for nearly 20 years. I set up RM Surveyors to bring together my high-quality, independent and cost-effective property services to homebuyers and corporate clients across London and the south east. I know that buying and selling property can be stressful, so I’m passionate about making the survey and valuation process as simple as possible to help people realise their dreams, whether that’s a treasured new home or their next investment property.
Professional qualifications
I’m a Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), meaning I work to the highest professional standards and offer expert advice you can trust. I graduated from London South Bank University with a Master’s of Science and have a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Development and Planning.

Background
I’ve worked in the competitive London property market for 2 decades, meaning I have extensive hands-on experience with diverse residential property types and am well-versed in the sorts of issues that commonly come up. I spent 15 years as Branch Manager and part owner of Alexanders estate agency in West Hampstead and Marylebone, where I offered expert advice to buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and developers on a range of residential property transactions. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Valuer in 2018 and have been helping people achieve their property goals ever since.
Personal values
I live in London and together with my wife Kathy and daughter Jemima, I delight in growing and eating the fruit and vegetables from our garden and exploring health and well-being - particularly cycling, yoga and conscious dance. I believe that a well-balanced body and mind greatly contribute to personal and professional success, so I strive to bring balance, awareness and a down-to-earth approach to all that I do. My top five values are health, responsibility, community and family, compassion and fun: I aim to live life with joyful integrity, an outlook which translates into my professional work and services.
